VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Thank you for your interest in Hogs and Honeys Foundation for Kids! We are excited that you are interested in joining our organization. From time to time as a volunteer of Hogs and Honeys Foundation for Kids you will have interactions with kids we support and therefore we must comply with the laws pertaining to volunteering and interacting with kids.
As per Hogs and Honeys Foundation for Kids policy, all volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application and submit the completed application to The Volunteers Committee.
All volunteers who may have direct volunteer contact with children are required to have the following clearances and affidavits:

Report of criminal history from the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP);

Child Abuse History Clearance from the Department of Human Services (Child Abuse);

Must swear or affirm in writing that they are not disqualified from service based upon a conviction of an offense under the Child Protective Service Law.

Volunteers that have not resided in Pennsylvania within the last 10 years are also required to complete a fingerprint based federal criminal history (FBI) submitted through PSP or its authorized agent.

Our main fundraising events (ex: Spring Fling)
